Doyon E236TLO Roll-In Proofing Cabinet, 2 Doors, 4 single or 2 double racks

The Doyon E236TLO is a roll-in proofing cabinet with two full-view glass doors and room for 4 single or 2 double racks. It proofs from room temperature up to 110°F at up to 95% relative humidity on 120/208V / 1-Phase or 120/240V / 1-Phase service.

Even Heat and Humidity

An even-airflow heating system mixes heat and humidity throughout the cabinet, so racks proof at the same rate top to bottom. Water feeds in automatically from a 1/4" line, so no one has to fill pans.

Heat, humidity and timer have their own simple manual controls, and the glass doors let staff check proof without letting the moisture out.

Why Operators Choose It

• Even proofing: air distribution designed for uniform heat and humidity.
• Auto water fill: no water pans to refill.
• Easy to run: independent heat, humidity and timer controls.
• See inside: full-view glass doors.
• Roll-in ready: flush aluminum floor for racks; ships in one piece.

Ideal For

Supermarket bakeries, schools, commissaries and retail bakeries proofing bread, rolls, bagels, croissants and pastries on racks.
