Doyon DSA4422 Semi-Automatic Dough Divider Rounder, 22 Portions, 2-7 oz

The Doyon DSA4422 is a semi-automatic dough divider rounder that cuts a pressed charge of dough into 22 equal pieces and rounds them in one cycle, with portions from 2-7 oz (60-200 g). It runs on 120V / 1-Phase or 208-240V / 1-Phase service and turns out up to 1,200 rounded pieces an hour.

Divide and Round in One Cycle

The operator places a weighed piece of dough on a rounding plate, the head presses and stainless blades divide it, then the plate oscillates to round every piece at once. It is up to 16 times faster than dividing and rounding by hand, with consistent weight and shape.

The dividing head is interchangeable, so the same machine can switch between portion counts by changing heads (sold separately). It works best with doughs of 55-65% hydration.
