Doyon DL18P Countertop Dough Sheeter, Two-Pass, 18" Maximum Diameter

The Doyon DL18P is a countertop dough sheeter with two parallel rollers (two-pass) that sheets dough rounds up to 18" in diameter to a finished thickness of 1/32" to 5/32". It runs on a standard 120V / 1-Phase, 208V / 1-Phase or 240V / 1-Phase outlet with a 1/2 HP motor.

Fast, Even Dough Rounds

Room-temperature dough is fed into the top and comes out the front flat and round, after passing through two sets of rollers for an even, circular result. One operator can make up to 600 pieces an hour, several times faster than rolling by hand.

Teflon-coated rollers with stainless scrapers keep dough from sticking, and each roller sits behind a heavy guard. It is made in Italy and small enough for food trucks and tight kitchens.
