The Doyon DAF001 is a digital water meter that measures the exact volume of water for each dough batch, from 0.1 to 99.9 liters, and displays the water temperature. It plugs into a standard 120V / 1-Phase outlet.
Exact Water, Every Batch
Set the quantity in liters, US gallons or Canadian gallons, press start, and the meter delivers that amount through its hose, so every batch gets the same water and the same dough consistency.
It reads water temperature from 32°F to 120°F to help hit target dough temperature; it does not mix water itself, so pair it with a mixing valve or the RAF100 water chiller.
