Doyon BTF010 Planetary Mixer, 10 Qt. Bowl, 1/2 HP, 20 Speeds

The Doyon BTF010 is a 10-quart belt-driven planetary mixer with a 1/2 HP motor, 20 speeds and a digital timer. It includes a stainless steel bowl, dough hook, wire whip and flat beater and runs on 120V / 1-Phase or 208-240V / 1-Phase service.

Variable Speed and Programmable Mixing

Speed changes on the fly: the 20-step variable drive moves from a slow fold to a fast whip without stopping the mixer, and up to 7 speed-and-time programs repeat the same mix every batch. The non-slip belt drive is quiet, protects the motor and is inexpensive to service.

An emergency stop, a padlockable power switch and a bowl guard that cuts the motor when lifted make up a three-part safety system, and thermal overload protection guards the motor.
