The ATOSA CSTEA-4C 4 Open Well Electric Steam Table is a high-capacity hot food holding solution built for cafeterias, buffets, catering operations, and commercial kitchens that require reliable performance and flexible temperature control. With four independently controlled wells, this steam table is ideal for serving multiple menu items at safe and consistent holding temperatures.

This unit features fully insulated open wells, with fiberglass insulation on all four sides and the bottom to improve heat retention and energy efficiency. The 8″ deep dry heating open well design delivers even, dependable heating without the complexity of wet systems.

Each well is operated by an individual infinite temperature control switch, allowing precise heat adjustment for different foods. The CSTEA-4C is equipped with dual heating elements—500 watts and 750 watts per well, providing flexibility for a wide range of holding needs. Indicator lights clearly display power and heating status for each well.

Built with durability in mind, the steam table features an 18-gauge stainless steel top, body, and undershelf for long service life and easy cleaning. Die-stamped stainless steel openings (12″ x 20″) include a raised lip to help keep wells clean and make pan loading and unloading easier. A 7″ wide poly cutting board with stainless steel support shelf and brackets adds convenient prep space.

For safety and stability, the unit includes stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable stainless steel feet, mechanical guards on all switches, and comes standard with water pans. Optional casters and over shelf/sneeze guard accessories allow customization to match your service setup.
