Yanco BM-606GR Birmingham Melamine 6" x 1-1/4" Deep Dish With Handle 12 oz, Green Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Six inches, twelve ounces, a handle on one side and a green well in the middle. The grip turns a standard side-portion dish into something a server can set down one-handed while carrying a tray in the other, which is why kitchens that run tight aisles keep a stack of these.

Green reads well under a cheese crust or a tomato-based sauce. The wall runs an inch and a quarter and the outside is black. Melamine keeps the whole thing light enough that the handle is a convenience rather than a necessity. Cartons hold four dozen.
