Cambro UPRPSF Camshelving Pan Stops for Ultimate Sheet Pan Racks

The Cambro UPRPSF is a Full Size Camshelving Pan Stop Accessory from the "Pan Stops for Ultimate Sheet Pan Racks" group. It locks across the open end of the rack to keep loaded pans from sliding off when the unit hits a bump, threshold or elevator gap. It mounts to the composite posts without tools; lift the bar to swing it open for loading, then push it down to lock. Molded from the same durable plastic composite as the rack, it will not bend, dent, rust or corrode.

A Lock Bar for Mobile Pan Racks

Camshelving racks carry pans on open rails so staff can load from either side, which also means nothing holds a pan in place once the rack starts rolling. The Pan Stop Accessory closes that gap: a composite bar that clips to the rack posts across the open end and swings up out of the way for loading. Push it down and it latches, forming a stop that pans cannot slide past. Full-size stops fit full-height racks; the half-size stop UPRPSH fits the UPR1826HP12 and UPR1826H12 half-height Ultimate Sheet Pan Racks only. UPRPSF and UPRPSH are made for Ultimate Sheet Pan Racks (Brushed Graphite); UGNPRPSF is made for the GN Food Pan Trolleys (Speckled Gray) and matches their rail layout.

For an operator the payoff is one less spilled rack of product on the way from the oven to the walk-in or out to a catering truck.
