The Cambro RFS18 is a 18 qt. Poly CamRound food storage container in white, 14 7/8" across the top and 12" tall with its cover on. It is the budget line of Cambro's round storage system: an impact-resistant polyethylene body with molded-in handles and graduations, sized to take the same snap-on covers as other Cambro rounds (sold separately). Budget-Friendly Polyethylene with Cambro's Round-Storage Footprint

Poly Rounds are molded from an opaque white, impact-resistant polyethylene that tolerates -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 70°C), resists stains and stands up to cleaning chemicals, so it moves between freezer, walk-in and prep line and comes clean in the dish machine shift after shift. Quart and liter graduations are molded into the wall (approximate). Rim handles are molded in for a secure two-hand carry and drain quickly after washing, and the tapered body nests when empty and stacks when covered.

The round profile lets cooler air circulate around the container so hot stocks and soups cool more evenly, and a snap-on cover makes a spill-resistant seal that still lifts off without a fight. For operators outfitting a kitchen or replacing a worn set of rounds, Poly Rounds give the same 1 to 22 qt footprint and cover compatibility as Cambro's clear and translucent rounds at the lowest price in the line.
