Cambro FR258 Camrack Full Flatware Rack, 4" H

The Cambro FR258 is a Camrack flatware rack (full flatware rack) for soaking, washing, transporting and storing flatware. It stands 4" tall with 2 5/8" of inside height, and it stacks with full- and half-size Camracks so wet or clean flatware can move through the dish machine and onto a rack dolly or shelf in the same footprint. Open inside grating lets wash water and rinse reach every piece and speeds drying; closed outer walls keep fingers and debris away from the load. NSF listed, dishwasher safe, rated to 200°F. Soft Gray.

Camrack Flatware Racks: Open Grating, Closed Walls, Camrack Stacking

Camrack flatware racks are molded from a chemical-resistant, dishwasher-safe plastic rated to 200°F (93°C). The interior is an open grid that lets wash and rinse water circulate under and around every piece of flatware and drains quickly so the load air-dries instead of pooling. The outer walls are solid so flatware stays inside the rack and hands stay out of the load, and each rack has a smooth top rim and molded-in handles for safe stacking and carrying. The full-size FR258 and half-size HFR258 base racks are 4" tall with 2 5/8" inside; the 8-compartment baskets 8FB434 (with handles) and 8FBNH434 (without) are 7 1/4" tall and are sized to drop inside a full- or half-size base Camrack for washing, transport and storage.

In the dishroom this means flatware can be pre-soaked, run through the machine and stored in one rack without rehandling, and because every Camrack shares the same footprint the flatware racks stack on the same rack dollies and shelves as glass and plate racks. The sectioned baskets keep forks, knives and spoons sorted through the wash so they come out of the machine ready for the roll-up or service station. Personalization is available from Cambro for racks that travel between operations.
