The Cambro CCP27 is a 2.7 qt. round crock for salad bars, buffet tables and prep stations, 6 5/8" across the rim and 6 3/4" tall, and it drops into a 6 1/8" cut-out on a salad bar top. It is molded from a high-impact, FDA-accepted plastic with a smooth, easy-wipe surface that resists the stains and odors left by vinegar, oil and mayonnaise-based dressings. NSF listed and dishwasher safe.

High-Impact Plastic Crocks for Salad Bars and Prep Stations

Cambro crocks are molded from a high-impact, FDA-accepted plastic with a smooth interior and a flared top rim. The rim rests on the salad bar deck while the body hangs through a round cut-out, and Cambro publishes the cut-out diameter for each size so the crock can be matched to an existing bar or a fabricated top. The line runs from 1.2 qt. to 2.7 qt. in a clear version, which shows fill level and contents for quick inventory, and in four solid colors (White, Beige, Reddish Brown and Black). Fitted lids are sold separately; lids for clear and solid crocks are not interchangeable.
