The Cambro ADCSC is an S-Series Compact Adjustable Dish Caddy, 4 Towers: a mobile plate caddy with patented CamLever towers that adjust from the top to hold round dishes from 4 5/8" to 12" in diameter. The compact 27" x 27" x 31 3/4" footprint saves floor space in banquet pantries and dish rooms while each stack holds 45 to 70 plates depending on dish style, and the caddy carries up to 500 lbs. It ships with a vinyl cover with identification pocket and weighs 77.54 lbs.

Top-Adjusting CamLever Towers on a Compact Frame

Each stack of plates is held by a set of CamLever towers that adjust from the top of the tower rather than at the base, so staff can change the setting for a new plate size without unloading the caddy or kneeling on the floor. The towers accept round dishes from 4 5/8" to 12" and the open-wall design leaves every stack reachable from all four sides. Loads of up to 500 lbs. ride on four 1 1/4" wide TPE-tread casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid, that roll quietly and do not mark floors. The frame has two molded-in handles plus recessed handles on all four sides for steering through doorways and service corridors.

The S-Series caddy is cut down to a 27" x 27" x 31 3/4" footprint so an operation can fit more caddies in the same storage space, or stage plates at a banquet carving station where a full-size caddy would not fit. The included vinyl cover with a 3" x 5" identification pocket keeps clean china dust-free and labeled during storage and transport. The caddy is NSF listed, and additional four-tower CamLever sets are available to reconfigure the layout as your plate inventory changes.
