Cambro 90CWC Camwear Ninth Size Food Pan Flat Cover, 6 15/16" x 4 1/4"

The Cambro 90CWC is a Camwear Flat Cover for ninth size food pans, measuring 6 15/16" x 4 1/4". It seats on the rim of a Camwear or other standard GN pan of the same size, letting pans stack safely in prep tables, reach-ins and walk-in coolers while protecting contents from drying out and cross-contamination. Molded from virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, it is NSF listed, dishwasher safe and rated from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C).

A Reusable Alternative to Plastic Wrap

Camwear food pan covers are molded in three styles. The Flat Cover is a plain, low-profile lid that lets full pans stack squarely on top of one another. The Cover with Handle adds a molded grip for quick removal on a prep line, and the Notched Cover with Handle has a corner cut-out so a spoon or ladle can stay in the pan with the lid in place. Clear polycarbonate shows contents without lifting the lid, resists stains and odors, and tolerates -40°F to 210°F, so covers go from freezer to prep rail to high-heat dish machine. Handled covers are also offered in light-blocking black for sensitive products.

Covered pans support HACCP practice: product is shielded from drips and airborne contamination, flavors do not migrate between pans, and labeled, stacked pans use cooler shelf space more efficiently than open pans or film-wrapped containers. Because the covers are rigid and reusable, operators also eliminate a steady consumption of plastic wrap and the torn, half-sealed pans that come with it.
