The Cambro 2SFSPROPP is a 2 qt. FreshPro CamSquares square food storage container molded from translucent, BPA-free polypropylene. It measures 7.5" x 7.5" x 3.9" and is rated for -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C), so it moves from the freezer to the walk-in to a warm prep line without a transfer. FreshPro Design: Space, Grip and Color-Coding

FreshPro CamSquares are molded from translucent polypropylene, a cost-effective, BPA-free resin that resists stains, acids and odors. Instead of handles that stick out from the body, the FreshPro design uses molded-in, recessed handles, so containers sit closer together on a shelf and are still easy to lift with wet or gloved hands. The square footprint and controlled corners give precise pouring and quick cleanup, and the containers stack securely, including inter-stacking with FreshPro CamRounds when covered. They are safe in high-temperature commercial dishwashers.

Every capacity in the series has graduations, a Seal Cover and a drain shelf in a matching color, so cooks grab the right lid and shelf without reading labels.
