The Cambro 20CWL is a Solid Camwear FlipLid for half size food pans, measuring 12 3/4" x 10 7/16". The hinged top flips open from the front so staff can reach ingredients on a prep table without lifting the whole lid off, then closes again to keep product covered. It is molded from clear, virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, NSF listed, dishwasher safe and rated from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C). Sold by the full case of 6.

Hinged Access That Keeps Pans Covered

A FlipLid is a two-part Camwear polycarbonate cover: a frame that seats on the rim of a GN food pan and a hinged flap that opens toward the user. The clear material gives at-a-glance inventory, resists stains and odors, and tolerates -40°F to 210°F, so the lid can go from the walk-in to a refrigerated prep rail and through a high-temperature dish machine. Notched versions have a cut-out in the corner so a serving spoon or tongs can stay in the pan with the lid closed.
