The Cambro 1826MTC is a front-loading Camcarrier insulated carrier that holds six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or trays on molded-in rails. The rotomolded polyethylene body is one seamless piece with thick CFC-free foam insulation, so hot or cold food stays at safe temperatures for 4 hours or more with no cords, chargers or outlets. It measures 22 1/2" x 29 1/4" x 21 1/2" outside with a 18 3/8" x 26 1/8" x 14 1/8" cabinet, has unbreakable molded-in handles, a pop-up vent for humidity and pressure control, and a fully removable gasketless door that washes separately. Rotomolded Polyethylene: One Seamless Piece Around Thick Foam

The 1826MTC is rotationally molded from polyethylene as a single hollow shell that is then filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam, so there are no seams, rivets or welds to loosen, leak or trap food debris. Six pairs of rails molded into the cabinet walls carry 18" x 26" sheet pans, full-size trays or 18" x 26" food boxes, and the 18 3/8" x 26 1/8" x 14 1/8" cabinet clears a loaded pan without scraping. The door is gasketless and lifts completely off its hinges for cleaning, a pop-up vent on top bleeds steam and pressure so lids do not seal shut and crisp items do not steam soft, and the handles are molded into the body rather than bolted on, so they cannot break off.

For a caterer or bakery the result is a compact carrier, about 22 1/2" wide and 29 1/4" deep, that moves a full rack-section of product and keeps it above 140°F or below 40°F for the length of an event without power. Because the shell is one piece it survives van floors, loading docks and daily dishwashing for years, and the body colors are molded in rather than painted. A Camchiller or Camwarmer plate slid onto a rail extends holding further, and the carrier rides a CD1826MTC Camdolly (or the CD1826MTCHB with handle) for rolling between kitchen and vehicle.
