The Cambro 1826LBC is a non-electric insulated low Camcart, for food storage boxes, with molded-in rails that hold 3 each 18" x 26". The rotomolded polyethylene body is a single seamless piece with thick CFC-free foam insulation, so hot or cold food stays at safe temperatures for 4 hours or more with no charging and no outlet. It measures 21 1/2" x 32" x 37 1/2" overall with a 18 3/8" x 26 1/8" x 25 7/8" compartment, rolls on stable casters with a molded-in push handle, closes with rust-proof latches and carries a removable cutting board on top for staging and prep. Rotomolded Polyethylene Cart: Insulated Holding Without a Cord

The low Camcart is rotationally molded from polyethylene as one seamless cabinet filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam, so there are no welds, rivets or panel joints to loosen, rust or trap food, and the color is molded through the wall rather than painted on. Rails molded into the compartment walls set the configuration: the 1826LTC carries 13 full 18" x 26" sheet pans or trays on close spacing, the 1826LTC3 carries 7 on wider spacing for taller product, and the 1826LBC is spaced for three 18" x 26" food storage boxes. The 18 3/8" x 26 1/8" x 25 7/8" compartment sits about 37 1/2" high overall, which puts the removable cutting board on top at a usable work height. Rust-proof latches hold the door shut, and the Security Package versions add tamper-resistant hardware for environments where contents must be locked between kitchen and service.

For an operator the Camcart replaces a heated or refrigerated holding cabinet wherever there is no outlet: a banquet floor, a tent, a school hallway, a correctional unit or a disaster site. Food loaded above 140°F or below 40°F stays in the safe zone for the length of a service, and because the cabinet is non-electric there is nothing to plug in, pre-heat or recharge.
