The Cambro 1826DTCSP is a tall, double-compartment, non-electric Camcart (For Trays and Sheet Pans) for bulk holding and transport. Each of its two insulated cavities measures 18 1/16" x 26" x 25 3/8", and the cart stands 21 1/2" x 33 1/4" x 63 3/4" overall. Roto-molded polyethylene with thick CFC-free foam insulation keeps hot or cold food at safe temperatures for 4+ hours with no power, and molded-in rails, rust-proof latches, an ergonomic molded-in handle and heavy-duty casters make it a true mobile cabinet rather than a static box. Roto-Molded Double-Cavity Camcart: Hot or Cold for 4+ Hours, No Outlet Required

The tall Camcart is roto-molded as a seamless polyethylene shell packed with CFC-free foam insulation, split into two stacked compartments, each with its own latching door. Rails are molded directly into the cavity walls, so there is no metal hardware inside to rust, bend or trap food debris. The 1826DTC and 1826DTCSP rails are spaced for 18" x 26" sheet pans and trays; the 1826DBC and 1826DBCSP rails are spaced for Cambro 18" x 26" food storage boxes. The SP (Security Package) versions add tamper-resistant hardware for corrections and other controlled-access environments. A molded-in handle at working height and a stable caster set let one person steer the loaded cart through doorways and service corridors.

For the operator this means bulk product can move from the walk-in or the oven to a satellite serving point and sit there for hours without an electrical outlet, a heat lamp or ice. Two independent compartments allow a hot load above and a cold load below on the same cart, and the rust-proof latches open quickly for repeated access during service without compromising the seal. If you load hot metal sheet pans, let them cool to 250°F (121°C) before placing them on the tray supports. The one-piece shell has no seams to split, no exterior paint to chip and wipes clean with standard sanitizers.
