Poly Cambox: Economical High-Gloss Bus Boxes and Cutlery Boxes

Poly Cambox is Cambro's value line of bus boxes, molded in a high-gloss plastic that gives long service under normal use and runs through the commercial dish machine. The family covers the full bussing workflow: standard 15" x 20" and 17" x 22" bus boxes (1520CBP, 1722CBP) and the 21" x 15" footprint (21155CBP, plus the 6 15/16"-deep 21157CBP), a flat-bottom version (1520CBPF) for stable stacking and soaking, a two-compartment bus box (1621CBP) that separates glassware or flatware from plates, a four-compartment cutlery box (1120CBP) for sorted flatware, a small utility box (912CBP), and a narrow cutlery insert box (415CBP) that drops into a bus box to keep knives and loose cutlery contained. The 21155CBP adds molded-in recessed handles for carrying heavier loads.

For a restaurant or hotel the payoff is a matched set of tubs that nest, stack and clean the same way, at a lower cost per box than the ABS Regal Cambox line. The glossy surface sheds food residue in the dish machine, the molded shape has no seams or welds to split, and the two-tone color choice (Black or Dark Brown) hides scuffs on a bus station or in the dishroom. Personalization lets a hotel or caterer mark boxes that travel between outlets. Compare with the Regal Cambox (ABS, NSF listed) when stain and scratch resistance over a long service life matter more than purchase price.
