The Cambro 12SFSP is a 12 qt. CamSquares Classic Poly food storage container: a white, square-sided poly container with Midnight Blue graduations molded into the wall, measuring 11 1/4" x 12 1/4" x 8 1/4" with its cover in place. The square footprint packs about a third more food into the same shelf space than round containers of equal capacity, and the opaque white body hides stains and shields contents from light in the walk-in. Square Poly Construction: More Food Per Shelf

CamSquares Classic containers are molded from Cambro's white Poly resin into a straight-sided square body with a flat rim that accepts Cambro's snap-on CamSquare covers. The material holds up from -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 70°C), so the same container moves between freezer, walk-in and prep line, and it resists the acids, stains and odors that tomato sauce, citrus and brines leave behind in lesser plastics. Sizes run from 2 qt. to 22 qt.; the larger sizes have handles molded into the body for a secure two-handed carry, and those same handle pockets let the container drain and air-dry quickly when inverted after washing. Capacity graduations in quarts and liters are molded in (Cambro notes they are approximate) and are color-coded by size family.
