The Cambro 12CW is a full-size (GN 1/1) Camwear food pan, 2-1/2" deep, holding 8.9 quarts. It is molded from clear polycarbonate, so you can see contents and fill levels at a glance, and it fits any standard full-size steam table, prep table or food bar well. Choose Clear, Black or White above.

Camwear Polycarbonate: See-Through Strength

Camwear is Cambro's virtually unbreakable polycarbonate. The pan stands up to the knocks of a busy line, holds its shape in the dishwasher and does not dent, chip or rust the way metal pans can. It stays safe from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C), so the same pan moves from the walk-in to a cold well or a hot holding cabinet without changing containers.

Because the walls are clear, cooks and servers can check levels without lifting a lid, and the molded-in graduations (quarts and liters) make it quick to measure portions and track inventory. The smooth, non-stick interior releases product cleanly, improving yield and making cleanup faster.
