The Cambro 1014 is a rectangular Camtray measuring 10 5/8" x 13 3/4", the fiberglass tray that has been the standard in cafeterias, food courts and casual dining rooms for decades. It is molded from high-impact fiberglass with a reinforced edge that resists chipping and cracking, and its non-porous surface does not stain or hold food odors. High-Impact Fiberglass, Reinforced Where Trays Break
Camtrays are molded from high-impact fiberglass, which gives a tray that is light to carry but stiff enough that a full load of plates, bowls and a drink does not flex or tip. The rim is reinforced around its full perimeter, since edges take the hits at the tray return, in dish racks and when trays are dropped onto a stack; the result is a tray that stays chip- and crack-free through years of service. The surface is non-porous, so grease, sauce and coffee rinse away without staining and no odors carry from one meal to the next. The rectangular family runs from compact insert trays (46, 57, 810) through the common 1014, 1216, 1418 and 1520 cafeteria sizes up to the 1826 and 2025 banquet sizes, with low-profile-rim variants (1015, 1116, 1313) for a flatter presentation and a 3253 metric tray for European 32.5 x 53 cm equipment.
For a high-volume operation the fiberglass construction means fewer replacements and a tray line that still looks presentable years in. Trays run through high-temperature commercial dishwashers, and stacking lugs molded into the underside hold stacked trays slightly apart so air reaches every surface and they are dry for the next meal period. With dozens of solid and patterned colors available you can color-code by station, grade level or dining area, and Cambro offers logo personalization on the tray face. Rectangular Camtrays fit standard tray carts, dispensers and Camrack tray racks. They are not for use in heated carts.
