Cambro 100MCCW Camwear Polycarbonate Measuring Cup, 1 Quart

The Cambro 100MCCW is a 1 Quart measuring cup molded from clear, virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate. Graduations are printed on the outside in two colors, red for US standard and blue for metric, so a cook reads the level from across the bench without guessing which scale is which, and the handle is molded as part of the cup body rather than attached.

Camwear Measuring: Clear, Color-Coded, Won't Dent

Camwear measuring cups are formed from Cambro's polycarbonate resin, the same material as its clear food pans and boxes. The body is rigid and shatter-resistant, so a cup knocked off a prep table does not crack the way glass does or dent the way aluminum and stainless cups do, which keeps the graduations accurate over years of service. US standard markings in red and metric markings in blue are applied to the outside wall, readable from either side of the cup, and the handle is molded in one piece with the body so there is no rivet or seam to loosen, trap food or hold water after washing. The line runs from 1 cup through 1 pint and 1, 2 and 4 quarts.
