CAC China STPT-22-4 1/3 Size Steam Table Pan, 4" Deep, 22 Gauge Stainless Steel Anti-Jam Hotel Pan

The CAC China STPT-22-4 is a 1/3 size stainless steel steam table pan, also called a hotel pan or food pan, 4" deep and built for commercial steam tables, buffet lines, prep tables, cold wells and walk-in storage. It is the pan for sides, toppings and salad bar items across a full-size well in thirds.

22 gauge is the heaviest stainless steel in this line. The thicker wall shrugs off dents, resists warping through repeated heat cycles and dishwasher runs, and keeps its shape under a loaded steam table well, which is what makes a pan last for years on a busy line.

Anti-jam lugs on the rim hold nested pans slightly apart, so a stack lifts apart cleanly instead of wedging together. That means no prying at the dish pit, no bent rims and faster put-away. The 4" depth holds roughly 70% more than a 2-1/2" pan, for higher-volume service and fewer refills.
