The CAC China STPHL-25-2 is a long 1/2 size stainless steel steam table pan, also called a hotel pan or food pan, 2-1/2" deep and built for commercial steam tables, buffet lines, prep tables, cold wells and walk-in storage. It is the pan for two-pan-wide steam tables and narrow sandwich and pizza prep rails.

25 gauge is the lightest, most economical stainless steel in this line. The thinner wall makes the pan easy to lift and carry and inexpensive to replace, so it suits catering, buffets, cold holding, prep and storage, and operations that buy pans in volume.

Anti-jam lugs on the rim hold nested pans slightly apart, so a stack lifts apart cleanly instead of wedging together. That means no prying at the dish pit, no bent rims and faster put-away. The 2-1/2" depth is the everyday workhorse: shallow enough to keep food within reach of the spoon and quick to heat through.
