CAC China STPH-S25-4 1/2 Size Steam Table Pan, 4" Deep, 25 Gauge Stainless Steel Hotel Pan

The CAC China STPH-S25-4 is a 1/2 size stainless steel steam table pan, also called a hotel pan or food pan, 4" deep and built for commercial steam tables, buffet lines, prep tables, cold wells and walk-in storage. It is the pan for sides, proteins and sauces where a full pan is too much.

25 gauge is the lightest, most economical stainless steel in this line. The thinner wall makes the pan easy to lift and carry and inexpensive to replace, so it suits catering, buffets, cold holding, prep and storage, and operations that buy pans in volume.

This is the standard-rim version of the pan, at a lower price than the anti-jam series. It fits the same steam table wells and takes the same covers; stack pans with a sheet of parchment or a cloth between them if they will sit nested for long. The 4" depth holds roughly 70% more than a 2-1/2" pan, for higher-volume service and fewer refills.
