CAC China SSPF-25-2P Full Size Perforated Steam Table Pan, 2-1/2" Deep, 25 Gauge Stainless Steel Hotel Pan

The CAC China SSPF-25-2P is a full size perforated stainless steel steam table pan, also called a hotel pan or food pan, 2-1/2" deep and built for commercial steam tables, buffet lines, prep tables, cold wells and walk-in storage. It is the pan for main entrees, roasted vegetables, rice, pasta and bulk holding on a full-size well.

25 gauge is the lightest, most economical stainless steel in this line. The thinner wall makes the pan easy to lift and carry and inexpensive to replace, so it suits catering, buffets, cold holding, prep and storage, and operations that buy pans in volume.

Perforated walls and base let steam pass and liquid drain, so this pan works as a steamer insert over a solid pan, a drain pan for rinsed vegetables and pasta, or a holding pan for fried foods that should not sit in their own oil. The 2-1/2" depth is the everyday workhorse: shallow enough to keep food within reach of the spoon and quick to heat through.
