CAC China SPCO-S 1/6 Size Solid Steam Table Pan Cover, Stainless Steel Hotel Pan Lid

The CAC China SPCO-S is a 1/6 size solid stainless steel steam table pan cover, the lid for a 1/6 size hotel pan. It fits CAC China STP, STP-S and SSP 1/6 size pans and keeps food hot, moist and protected on steam tables, buffets, prep lines and in storage.

A solid cover seals the pan completely. Use it to hold heat and moisture over a steam table well, to keep food covered in the walk-in or on a cart, and to stack pans during transport. A raised, riveted handle gives a secure grip with a towel or glove, and the stainless steel resists dents, rust and dishwasher wear for years of service.
