CAC China ALID-80M Aluminum Lid for 80 Qt Sauce Pot / 40 Qt Brazier

The CAC China ALID-80M is an aluminum cover that fits the CAC 80 qt sauce pot and 40 qt brazier. A lid brings a big pot to the boil faster, holds a simmer at a lower burner setting and keeps stock from reducing when you do not want it to. Matches CAC aluminum stock and sauce pots; hand wash.
