The CAC China ALID-60M is an aluminum cover that fits the CAC 60 qt sauce pot and braziers. A lid brings a big pot to the boil faster, holds a simmer at a lower burner setting and keeps stock from reducing when you do not want it to. Matches CAC aluminum stock and sauce pots; hand wash.
