The CAC China A6SA-4-40 is a 40-quart heavy-duty aluminum sauce pot with a 4 mm (3/16") body. The wide base and low walls are built for the sauté-then-simmer routine of restaurant sauce, curry and gravy work: brown aromatics across the whole bottom, add liquid, and reduce without the splashing a tall stock pot causes. A lighter, value-priced alternative to the 6 mm A3SA series. Riveted handles, thicker rim and bottom. Sized for high-volume sauces, curries and rice for catering, banquet and commissary kitchens.
