The CAC China A3SA-6-60 is a 60-quart extra heavy-duty aluminum sauce pot with a 6 mm (1/4") body. The wide base and low walls are built for the sauté-then-simmer routine of restaurant sauce, curry and gravy work: brown aromatics across the whole bottom, add liquid, and reduce without the splashing a tall stock pot causes. The 6 mm base is the thickest CAC makes and the one to choose for long simmers on high-BTU burners. Riveted handles, thicker rim and bottom. Sized for the largest sauce, curry and rice batches for banquet, langar and commissary cooking.
