The CAC China A2SP-6-120H is a 120-quart extra heavy-duty aluminum stock pot from CAC's Aluminum Pro series, with a 6 mm (1/4") thick body and a thicker rim, bottom and handles than standard restaurant pots. The 6 mm base stays flat on high-BTU stock pot burners and spreads heat so long simmers do not scorch. Four riveted handles let two people lift it safely when full. Sized for the biggest batches: banquets, langar and community kitchens, commissaries and large catering operations (four handles for two-person lifts).
