The CAC China A1SP-6-12 is a 12-quart extra heavy-duty aluminum stock pot from CAC's Aluminum Pro series, with a 6 mm (1/4") thick body and a thicker rim, bottom and handles than standard restaurant pots. The 6 mm base stays flat on high-BTU stock pot burners and spreads heat so long simmers do not scorch. Riveted handles give a rigid grip for carrying. Sized for daily soup, broth and pasta service on a single burner; a workhorse size for cafés, diners and small restaurants.
