Blodgett ZEPH-100-G-ES Zephaire Double Gas Convection Oven - 90,000 BTU, Liquid Propane, Double Stack

The ENERGY STAR build of the gas Zephaire, stacked two sections deep and set for propane. Each section is rated 45,000 BTU/hr with a 54% energy efficiency rating, and 2" of insulation does much of that work. Cavities stay 29" W x 20" H x 24-1/4" D per section, taking five full-size pans across eleven rack positions. Firing is direct with electronic spark ignition, and the double weighs 1,095 lbs.
