A double-stacked gas Zephaire set for propane, 50,000 BTU/hr per section, standing 70.63" tall. Dual Flow moves direct and indirect heat through the cavity together, and electronic spark ignition means no standing pilot burning fuel between bakes. Each section holds five full-size sheet pans, or ten steam table pans, in a 29" W x 20" H x 24.25" D compartment with eleven rack positions. Propane inlet pressure runs 10.5" to 13.0" W.C.
