Blodgett INVOQ 62BLE Single Full-Size Combi Oven - 208V/3ph, Boilerless

Boilerless steaming in the double-width 2/1 Gastronorm format: steam is injected into the chamber, so there is no generator to descale and nothing held hot between cycles. The 6-2/1 GN chamber carries up to 138.9 lbs with 19.8 lbs on any tray, on 2.75 inch runners, and draws 22.3 kW, or 64 A on 208 V and 57 A on 240 V three-phase. Convection reaches 572°F, steam 265°F, and the controller stores 1,500 recipes of up to 15 steps.

• Injection steam without a boiler, so the water side is a supply and a drain rather than a pressure vessel.
• Rated to 138.9 lbs per chamber with 19.8 lbs on a tray, on standard 2.75 inch runners.
