Where floor space runs out before capacity does, a double half-size answers: two natural gas or liquid propane DFG-50 sections stacked, each under its own controls and its own removable dual tube burner. Each deck loads five half-size sheet pans, or steam table pans at 12 by 20 by 2-1/2 inches on 3.25 inch spacing, into a 20 inch high cavity with nine rack positions. Together the sections weigh 760 pounds, and either one holds between 200 F and 500 F.
