This is the add-on section for a bakery-depth DFG-200 stack: a second propane oven that mounts on the unit already in place, on 6 in. legs rather than the 25 in. legs a standalone uses. Inside, the cavity is 29 by 20 by 28-1/4 in. and holds five 18 x 26 in. pans on eleven rack positions, with 60,000 BTU/hr through removable dual tube burners and electronic spark ignition. Propane enters at 11.0 to 13.0 in. W.C.
