This is the second deck, not the first. An additional section ships to stack onto a DFG-200-ES already on the line, with its own natural gas supply at 50,000 BTU/hr and its own controls. What it adds is five 18 by 26 inch pans per load across eleven rack positions inside a bakery depth compartment, all of it ENERGY STAR qualified. Once stacked, the pair rides on 6 inch legs and needs no clearance to the walls beside it.

• Adds a full ENERGY STAR section above an existing oven rather than taking a second floor position.
• Its own gas connection at 7.0 to 10.5 inches W.C. inlet and 3.5 inches at the manifold, on 3/4 inch NPT.
• Independent controls and thermostat, 200 F to 500 F, so the upper cavity need not match the lower one.
• Five chrome plated racks over eleven positions, 1-5/8 inches apart at the tightest.
• Slide out modular control panel, which keeps service quick on the upper deck of a stack.
