The ten and a quarter inch rimmed round is the main entree plate of the two-hundred series. Its wall stands an eighth of an inch higher than on the smaller rimmed plates, which tells when a braise or a curry arrives with liquid: the edge is tall enough to hold a ladle of sauce against it. Because that edge is upright rather than sloped, the plate's whole diameter stays available for plating, unlike a traditional banquet rim that gives up two inches to decoration. Twelve per carton.
