For delis, sub shops and salad concepts, the Beverage-Air SPED72HC-30M-2 is a 72" sandwich prep table that keeps everything for the build within arm's reach.

It measures 72" wide, 38-3/8" deep and 49" tall with two doors and two drawers. Inside you get 20 cu. ft. of net capacity and room for 30 1/6 size pans on top. The cabinet holds 36°F to 38°F and runs on a standard 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
