For delis, sub shops and salad concepts, the Beverage-Air SPED48HC-12M-4 is a 48" sandwich prep table that keeps everything for the build within arm's reach.

It measures 48" wide, 38-3/8" deep and 49" tall with four drawers. Inside you get 13 cu. ft. of net capacity and room for 12 1/6 size pans on top. The cabinet holds 36°F to 38°F and runs on a standard 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

• Natural R290 refrigerant: The system runs on hydrocarbon R290, an efficient refrigerant that keeps the unit compliant with current DOE, EPA SNAP and CARB rules.
• Safe rail temperatures: Airflow across the rail keeps product in open pans below 41°F, so ingredients stay food safe through a busy service.
• Insulated hood: A matching stainless steel hood covers the rail between shifts to hold cold and keep the pans clean.
• Tool-free gaskets: Magnetic gaskets snap in by hand, so cleaning or replacing a worn seal takes minutes, not a service call.
• Coated evaporator coil: An epoxy-coated evaporator coil resists corrosion from acidic foods and humid kitchens, helping the system last.
• Easy-to-read electronic control: A digital controller shows the cabinet temperature at a glance and makes setpoint changes simple for any shift.

• Units are shipped self-contained; a remote refrigeration option is available from the factory and must be specified when ordering.
• Measure doorways and hallways on the delivery path against the cabinet size before it arrives.
