The Beverage-Air SPED27HC-12M is a 27" sandwich prep table built to keep sandwich and salad lines moving. Ingredients sit in a refrigerated rail up top, with 6.8 cu. ft. of backup storage underneath.

It measures 27" wide, 38-3/8" deep and 48-3/4" tall with two drawers. Inside you get 6.8 cu. ft. of net capacity and room for 9 1/6 size, 3 1/9 size pans on top. The cabinet holds 36°F to 38°F and runs on a standard 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

• Natural R290 refrigerant: The system runs on hydrocarbon R290, an efficient refrigerant that keeps the unit compliant with current DOE, EPA SNAP and CARB rules.
• Safe rail temperatures: Airflow across the rail keeps product in open pans below 41°F, so ingredients stay food safe through a busy service.
• Coated evaporator coil: An epoxy-coated evaporator coil resists corrosion from acidic foods and humid kitchens, helping the system last.
• Rolls out for cleaning: Casters with locking brakes let you roll the unit out to clean behind and under it, then lock it in place.
• Smart defrost: Adaptive defrost runs only when the coil needs it, which saves energy and avoids unnecessary temperature swings.
• Heavy-duty drawers: Drawers ride on stainless steel slides that pull out smoothly under load and lock in place so they cannot be yanked off by accident.
