The Beverage-Air SPE72HC-18 is a 72" sandwich prep table built to keep sandwich and salad lines moving. Ingredients sit in a refrigerated rail up top, with 20 cu. ft. of backup storage underneath.

It measures 72" wide, 32" deep and 45" tall with three doors. Inside you get 20 cu. ft. of net capacity, 6 shelves and room for 18 1/6 size pans on top. The cabinet holds 36°F to 38°F and runs on a standard 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
