Beverage-Air SPE60HC-S 60-5/8" Salad Bar, 16 Cu. Ft.

The Beverage-Air SPE60HC-S is a 60-5/8" refrigerated salad bar built to keep sandwich and salad lines moving. Ingredients sit in a refrigerated rail up top, with 16 cu. ft. of backup storage underneath.

It measures 60-5/8" wide, 30-1/8" deep and 36-7/8" tall with two doors. Inside you get 16 cu. ft. of net capacity, 4 shelves and room for 4" Deep 12 1/3 size pans on top. The cabinet holds 36°F to 38°F and runs on a standard 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

• Natural R290 refrigerant: The system runs on hydrocarbon R290, an efficient refrigerant that keeps the unit compliant with current DOE, EPA SNAP and CARB rules.
• Smart defrost: Adaptive defrost runs only when the coil needs it, which saves energy and avoids unnecessary temperature swings.
• Reversible doors: Doors can be re-hung in the field to suit your floor plan.
• Coated evaporator coil: An epoxy-coated evaporator coil resists corrosion from acidic foods and humid kitchens, helping the system last.
• Doors that stay put: Self-closing doors swing shut on their own, and a stay-open stop holds them open while you load or restock.
• Clean, durable interior: The corrosion-resistant aluminum liner is easy to wipe down and resists dents and stains.

• Leave the clearance Beverage-Air specifies: 3" bottom & 2" rear.
• Allow about 53-3/8" of depth in front for doors open at 90°.
• Measure doorways and hallways on the delivery path against the cabinet size before it arrives.
