For delis, sub shops and salad concepts, the Beverage-Air SPE60HC-10 is a 60" sandwich prep table that keeps everything for the build within arm's reach.

It measures 60" wide, 32" deep and 45" tall with two doors. Inside you get 16 cu. ft. of net capacity, 4 shelves and room for 10 1/6 size pans on top. The cabinet holds 36°F to 38°F and runs on a standard 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Natural R290 refrigerant: The system runs on hydrocarbon R290, an efficient refrigerant that keeps the unit compliant with current DOE, EPA SNAP and CARB rules.
• Easy-to-read electronic control: A digital controller shows the cabinet temperature at a glance and makes setpoint changes simple for any shift.
• Rolls out for cleaning: Casters with locking brakes let you roll the unit out to clean behind and under it, then lock it in place.
• Removable cutting board: The full-length polyethylene cutting board lifts out for washing at the sink.
• Insulated hood: A matching stainless steel hood covers the rail between shifts to hold cold and keep the pans clean.
• Clean, durable interior: The corrosion-resistant aluminum liner is easy to wipe down and resists dents and stains.
