Build orders faster with the Beverage-Air SPE48HC-S, a 48-5/8" refrigerated salad bar that keeps toppings cold in the rail and restock below in 13 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage.

It measures 48-5/8" wide, 30-1/8" deep and 36-7/8" tall with two doors. Inside you get 13 cu. ft. of net capacity, 4 shelves and room for 4" Deep 9 1/3 size pans on top. The cabinet holds 36°F to 38°F and runs on a standard 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

• Natural R290 refrigerant: The system runs on hydrocarbon R290, an efficient refrigerant that keeps the unit compliant with current DOE, EPA SNAP and CARB rules.
• Smart defrost: Adaptive defrost runs only when the coil needs it, which saves energy and avoids unnecessary temperature swings.
• Clean, durable interior: The corrosion-resistant aluminum liner is easy to wipe down and resists dents and stains.
• Reversible doors: Doors can be re-hung in the field to suit your floor plan.
• Doors that stay put: Self-closing doors swing shut on their own, and a stay-open stop holds them open while you load or restock.
• Rolls out for cleaning: Casters with locking brakes let you roll the unit out to clean behind and under it, then lock it in place.

• Leave the clearance Beverage-Air specifies: 3" bottom & 2" rear.
• Allow about 50-3/8" of depth in front for doors open at 90°.
• Measure doorways and hallways on the delivery path against the cabinet size before it arrives.
