Beverage-Air built the HBF23HC-1-HS for busy restaurants, cafeterias and commissaries that need dependable cold storage. This 27-1/4" reach-in freezer offers 23.3 cu. ft. and holds steady through rush after rush.

It measures 27-1/4" wide, 33-3/4" deep and 84-1/8" tall with two doors. Inside you get 23.3 cu. ft. of net capacity and 3 shelves. The cabinet holds down to -10°F and runs on a standard 115V circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

• Natural R290 refrigerant: The system runs on hydrocarbon R290, an efficient refrigerant that keeps the unit compliant with current DOE, EPA SNAP and CARB rules.

• Bright LED lighting: LED interior lighting makes product easy to find and stays cool, so it does not add heat to the cabinet.
• Smart defrost: Adaptive defrost runs only when the coil needs it, which saves energy and avoids unnecessary temperature swings.
• No drain line needed: A hot gas condensate evaporator gets rid of defrost water on its own, so you do not need a floor drain nearby.
• Expansion valve system: An expansion valve meters refrigerant precisely, helping the cabinet recover faster after door openings.
