The Atosa SSSC11G1 is a 14-inch countertop, gravity-fed soft serve ice cream machine for one flavor, with a 2 L (2.1 qt) freezing cylinder, an 8 L (8.5 qt) hopper and output of about 40 L (42.3 qt) per hour. It runs on 208-230/60/1 electrical service at 15 A with a NEMA 6-20P plug.

Gravity-Fed Soft Serve

Mix flows by gravity from the refrigerated hopper into the freezing cylinder, which keeps the design simple and reduces the parts that need daily cleaning.

A 7-inch touch screen sets viscosity and temperature, and heat-treatment (pasteurization), standby, thawing and cleaning-reminder functions help keep product safe between service periods.
